Return Policy
- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please contact info@txsystems.com to obtain an RMA number along with the details of your order and the reason for returning the item(s).
- Orders returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Requests for non-warranty RMA's must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase. RMA's for warranty services are based on the warranty period for each individual product.
- Products must be in new, unused, un-opened, condition to qualify for return. Software that has been opened is not returnable.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- All software provided via download is non-refundable.
